I bought a 14 inch Snowflake wheel for my 1983 Rabbit Pickup, and it was damaged. Fortunately, I got my money back, plus shipping, and was told to "toss" the wheel. The Alloy front is basically OK, but painted over, the back side shows chuck hole damage which has slightly bent the wheel to the center of the hub. I suspect it would cost a fortune to fix this thing, any ideas? I hate to give it to a junk yard as scrap, after all it is an OEM wheel which is fairly rare. ???? to do with it? |

i second the "toss" cost effectiveness will be the best rule,.. having an alloy rim "unbent" will cost a small fortune IMO. |

Straighting wheel are common now. Most people doing it out of a trailer/ truck and go from dealership to dealership so it is a bit harder for a little guy to find them at first. As far as rare I have had a bunch of them in the past, not my favorite rim. |
