193 | Semaphore turn signals - red | "Supplied with self-swinging semaphores" (See photo) Self-swinging semaphores (German = "Pendelwinker") are these funky grooved semaphores looking as pre 1/'54 semaphores, but with yellow lenses and a weird spring construction. They flip in and out permanently without a flasher relay needed, but by their internal construction only. The German law required Pendelwinker for red Busses at the end of the 1950s, so for example all firetruck Buses from Chassis # 352 263 were came with these, if equipped with semaphores. Anyone could also order his non-red type 2 with Pendelwinker by using M-code 193. |
