Genuine German Volkswagen: Part Number 311 707 155A or 156A one or the other right/left (believe this is left front/right rear). Very nice bumper overrider for this vintage. This piece doesn't have any of the normal large dents on side and face-has some minor scratches near bottom one at top-not a hindrance to driving and doesn't detract from overall beauty of this item. Adjacent to mounting hole at bottom is pushed in somewhat-is on bottom out of sight. As most do, this piece was infested somewhat with corrosion in center part-killed corrosion, primed, painted and top coated. Yes, not chrome plating, but will last many years, keep the outside chrome polished and the usable service life extension is considerable. This guard will ride with the best of non nos Saturday Night drive-in bumper guards riding Type 3's. Mounting threads cleaned with tap, original bolt cleaned with die, screws in and out with ease. Bolt exhibits rust rat bites, but will work just fine. Included is lock washer and over rider mount reinforcement (appear original black so not painted). Items 38/39/40/and 41 or 42 apply.
