Replace your missing, faded, and worn out Luggage Bar Caps
These are new reproduction plastic Luggage bar caps that are correct for a Deluxe Bus of 61+
They will fit your original bus pipe perfectly. If you are using an aftermarket pipe, they maybe be a little loose. You may have to add some Teflon or silicone to hold the caps in place.
