This car is outstanding with multiple trophies from shows along throughout Washingtwon and the Great Canadian. Open to offers, possible trades considered for Vanagon camper or restored rag top bug.
The build consisted of the following;
Complete strip of the body to bare metal and re-spray in '99 factory VW GTI Jazz blue. Performed at Bel-kirk auto body.
Shaved bumper mounts and turn signals which are now mounted behind the lower front grill.
The deck lid was shaved no vents, plate holder or light. Stand offs are installed for air flow but not needed.
Blacked out trim and mirror
Blue City lights installed in the headlights and wired on separate switch.
All rubber is new.
Windshield is new all other glass is original.
Mexican flat super beetle tail lights.
Complete custom roll cage built by BNS fabrication known for their custom work for desert and rock crawling trucks. Cage is fully painted to match the match the body and rolled to the roof line. Door bars are bent to be protective and follow the occupants sitting position allowing for easy entrance and exit of the car.
Cage ties to a custom front strut tower brace. The brace can be unbolted from the cage to remove the gas tank.
Seats are modified Honda prelude seats, mounted low in the car for added head room.
NO BACKSEAT. Removable black vinyl cover hide the rear compartment and holds two 6x9 speakers.
New smooth black vinyl headliner and rear panels to match, material is thicker than your standard vinyl.
Dash and steering wheel are stock.
Rear is a standard drop of one spline.
Front is coli over sleeves that are fully adjustable in ride height. The current stance is set in the middle. The can go about an 1 inch lower without further modifications. After that you need to notch frontend and section the control arm to clear the steer arm or convert to a 71-73 front suspension.
Coils are very stiff up front, if you are lowered car person this is just part of the tradeoff for this stance.
Upper and lower camber compensator eccentric bolts have installed to the stock spindles, allowing for maximum camber and alignment adjustment to suit the needs of your driving.
Urethane bushings installed up front at all locations and new rubber bushing in the rear.
Running Gear --
Stock super beetle gear box. Being this is a 74 it has the taller gear ratio from the factory, no issues doing 75-80mph all day long.
OEM Porsche Boxter S wheels, 7x17 all the way around.
Disc brakes at all corners, no e-brake at the rear.
Disc have wheel studs pressed in.
1955cc Custom built by Tim Hancock of Tim's AC VW, one the best builders in the northwest.
Engine was completely spun balanced by Whitman engines.
All parts were brand new at the time of the build

CB 044 big valve heads with hi rev dual valve springs installed. These heads have extensive porting and polishing done to them.

Custom intake manifold for fuel injection system
Mega squirt fuel injection multiport system. I have been running this system for almost 7-years now and it is awesome. The response is amazing and having 30mpg on the freeway is pretty sweet also.
