The very popular, indestructible, DOUBLE Cab rear side Door & Wall panels made out of thick ABS plastic which never falls apart form the moisture in the air or the vinyl peels off from inside heat… might just out last your VW Bus if properly care for. Clean with plastic type cleaners like from a motorcycle shop / face shield plastic wax. NEVER USE WINDOW CLEANERS....
Kit also comes with all panels are pre-drilled & black Reusable Molly's are included too.
I recommend you install 2 to 3 different types of installation / noise deadener in the walls before installing these but not mandatory.
Can be painted with Krylon Fusion plastics spray paint:
First use the included test ABS scrap piece to practice on it.
Clean the ABS with rubbing alcohol to remove any mold releases and hand grease
Let them to fully dry (if you want the best paint job, then take them to a body shop for them to Bull Dog primer and paint them with flex additive paints)
Then spray them with Krylon Fusion plastic spray paint.
Let them fully dry before handling & installing them…
But, if you are going to wrap / upholstery cloth or other materials around them, then you will need to "experiment" on how much to trim off each side of the ABS panels for them to fit the spaces.
