I believe this is a used part, not NOS but it is very clean and in excellent condition.
Please check the part number and pictures to ensure it is a correct for for your application.
This part is in Canada now - just an FYI for shipping purposes. I do travel to the US occasionally and can ship from there at times.
Shipping with insurance coverage to protect both buyer and seller - payment only by paypal. To cover my costs, paypal users add 4%
Although I cannot guarantee there will be no duties or taxes if shipped to the US, the limit on fees has recently risen to 800 dollars so to the best of my knowledge, this should arrive with no brokerage, duties or additional taxes.
