Refurbished HD Late pedal assembly early pedals   Price: 90-100
Please specify the year of your car when ordering so I can ensure fitment

I disassembled the assembly and ran it through the jet clean to clean out the old grease and grime. I then sand blasted the pedals, spring, and base. I primed the pedals before painting them with gloss black and covered the original German spring with cast iron gray paint.

Before reassembly, I ensured the brake pedal and base had no grease or sand media in the bushings by cleaning them out with a bottle brush followed by brake cleaner and a rag. I then greased up the brake pedal and wiped off the excess before reinstalling the snap ring. Finally I greased the new clutch cable hook before sliding it in and secured the clutch pedal with a new pin from Wolfsburg West. I drove the pin in from the backside of the clutch pedal so the end you would see still looks clean

As you can see, the throttle lever has been reinforced to prevent the notorious twisting under full throttle. I used brand new hardware from Wolfsburg West for the throttle pedal and roller.

This assembly will fit in your mid 66 and later. I used early pedals because they are cast thus making them significantly stronger than the stamped steel ones in the later years. These will stand up to the heavy pressure plate you use in your hot rod

This is by no means "rebuilt". These are an economical alternative for the guy looking for pedals and wanting to have a good clean set without worrying about purchasing a junk set. The bushings are the original bushings but I checked for play before and after refurbishing them. There is naturally some play but it is not excessive and I would not hesitate to use them in my car.

The pedals alone would be $90 but if you need the components to install them in your later car, I can add those in for a total of $100. That would be the brake push rod pin and retainer tab as well as the extended pedal stop for the brake and clutch pedal

I can ship for $20 to the 50 States Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
