It is a 1972 Off-Road/Street Legal Baja.

I run this car at 6lbs of boost for reliability, and it performs Amazingly well. Over 25lbs of boost it has pulled wheelies.
This motor has been extremely reliable for me without any issues. I have used it for commuting on my daily drive which is 96 miles a day from time to time with no worries, and then off-roading as much as I can. I live in the West Palm Springs/White Water area and that is where the car is mostly driven off-road, but has been to Glamis any many other fun off-roading areas.
The engine was built for me with a few key things in mind. Great cooling system, plenty of power, & Reliability. I run 91 octane fuel in it. The temperature runs 180 degrees for the most part, unless I am driving in 120 degree weather, then it gets up to 210 degrees and cools down fairly quickly with the 180 degree thermostatic cooling fan. I can't say enough Great things about this engine.
091 Type II Bus Transmission built for this engine & rear tire combination. Great gear ratio selection from 1st-4th. Note: 4th gear does pop out of gear if you are on a hard acceleration and not holding on to the shifter. It will not pop out of 4th gear if your hand is just resting on the shifter. I have no problems driving it this way and am just used to it. I am letting any potential buyers know this information because I want to be upfront about everything. I have this car insured through Hagerty Insurance for 22K. It would cost more than that to rebuild the car if something ever happened to it.
Wheels & Tires:
Centerline Rims all the way around with Bead Locks & Re-Enforcement Rings welded on by OMF Wheel in Riverside, CA. Shocker Yellow & Candy Green Powdercoating was done by C&S Powdercoating of Redlands, CA.

I have found that this tire combination works best for the off-roading and street driving that I do. Mostly off-road driving.
This car has won quite a few trophies at multiple car shows for Best Off-Road & such. The trophies do not reflect the cars value, but I just wanted to mention it for any potential buyer.
Custom made Aluminum Dash that I also made use of the stock glove box for registration & such. I have 3 VDO gauges in the dash. Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature & a Volt Meter gauge. I run a Porsche 914 150mph speedometer with a 914 Tachometer for cool effect. The gauges have yellow bulbs in them for illumination. There are 3 seats in the vehicle all equipped with lap belts. There is a half roll cage in the vehicle.
