I have more pictures I can whatsapp you, send me a number.
Driver status bus, everything works and I daily drive it in the summer. It's solid and mostly original without hacks over the course of its life. It passed the provincial out-of-province inspection in July 2017 (Alberta) required for registration. The car is in great shape mechanically and have got it tuned up well. A little sorting out cosmetically by the next owner and she's butter, or drive as it is.
One key works for all doors and ignition.
Original colour of L555 (Titan Red) and L472 (Beige gray) that has been resprayed by previous owner. Door jams and engine compartment show original paint. Overall in decent condition with some metal having been replaced (front floors, rockers, 2 rear outriggers, outer 6" of cargo floor). Rest is pretty good, except the inside bottom of cargo doors are soft and rear corners are bubbling.
All there with a 1 side window having previously been replaced with jalousy window on drivers side. No extra holes drilled for the camper window, so you can install a fixed glass easily. 2 pop outs on the rear most windows, and the frames are rusty and need replacing. I have 2 really nice original frames to go with it. Bumpers in good shape, correct pointed end both front and rear. Rear bumper has previously suffered the beetle muffler modification.
Engine is a 1500 single port that is very clean and strong, was recently rebuilt. No drips and starts right up and has very strong compression. Holds a steady 65 mph on the highway without feeling strained.
12V. Everything works. Recent battery.
I went through all of this and replaced the front link-pins and bearings, as well as rebuilt the king pins (new bushings and machined pins). New center pin and bushings. replaced the rubber lines and everything is in great shape and works well. New drums, tie rods and drag link.
4.12 Big nut, 12V. Works well with no issues. Shifts well and redux boxes are smooth. Recent fluid change.
Stock 14" bus wheels, with good tires with strong tread (185/75). Has spare 14 inside.
Has all the original seats. Front seats have been recovered in grey vinyl. Has correct full middle in original fabric. The rear seat is also in original upholstery; the backrest was missing but I recently found a nice deluxe frame - needs padding and upholstery.
Mostly all original panels, except the front door panels are new (WW). Has all the correct and original rubber mats (front floor, front seat, walk-through, rear etc). Has all the right trim pieces (panel trim, walk-through trim etc). Headliner is original but unfortunately previous owner painted it white to freshen it up.
Please no dreamers, time wasters, tire kickers, low ballers, picture collectors or Nigerian investors.
Car is in Fort McMurray, AB. I can assist with your shipping arrangements. I can deliver within province at additional cost. Title/ownership is clear and in my name.
