1985 Vanagon Weekender Wolfsburg Edition   Price: 10500
We are selling our 1985 Vanagon Weekender (Wolfsburg Edition) with less than 100,000 original miles! We bought the Vanagon on Samba about 4 years ago from a import mechanic, and are the third owners of this van. We maintained our van meticulously, and made many suggested and necessary improvements, including: new fuel lines and tank reseal, new clutch, goWesty fuel filter upgrade, many suspension upgrades, new tires (< 3000 miles on them), new rooftop window and seal, and frame-mounted trailer hitch made by Rocky Mountain Westy (we used this for a bike rack, not towing). Upholstery is worn in spots, and there are some blemishes on the paint. There is also a crack in the driver's side mirror and the antennae is snapped, but we are including both a new antennae and power windows upgrade that we haven't had time to install. This has been remarkably reliable van for us, though we haven't used it enough recently and it's time for someone else to enjoy. For those looking for an 'original model', this is through and through intact down to original floor mats and keys! Thanks for the consideration.
