1968 Tourist Delivery Tin Top Westfalia   Price: $12000
This is a great driving bus that Iíve owned since 2010. During this time Iíve gone through the bus mechanically to make it a reliable daily driver. My family and I have enjoyed many successful camping and road trips in this bus, it is a great driver and Iím only selling it to fund a new bus project.

It has a custom built 2175cc by JAD Machine which has 20,000 miles on it. It produces 95hp and 110fpt at the wheels. It doesnít leak or burn oil and gets 21.5 MPG on the highway. Itís matched to a Ď73 002 trans-axle with a KEP stage 1 clutch. (See engine below for full engine specs)

This bus has 195R/14c Hankook RA18 tires with around 5k on them. The CVs were also rebuilt 5k ago, with EMPI CV boots. The front end has been rebuilt with Nakata ball joints, Nakata tie rods and ends and a Febi drag link. The brake system has new soft lines, German rear brake cylinders, new spring kit and new brake shoes have all been added. The brakes are very good and have no problem stopping a loaded bus. The rear torsion has been adjusted with new bushings installed. At the time of the torsion adjustment I also replaced the rear wheel bearings with New FAG bearings. It has KYB gas adjust shocks which provide a nice ride on and off road. The wiper arms have been changed to Ď75 arms, and it has a custom 1 1/4Ē hitch, made for a bike rack not for towing.

The interior has the original headliner and original front rubber mats. Iíve added wood panels, industrial carpeting (not glued down), a parcel tray, a USB charge station, dash mat, oil temperature and CHT gauges and a tachometer. I've installed a nice stereo system which has a Kenwood head unit, two 6.5Ē speakers in the front doors, two 6x9 speakers in the rear in boxes, and a 10Ē sub-woofer powder by an amp.

It has a Thule roof rack with a Thule Evolution cargo box and a basket. The box is large and offers a lot of storage space.
