Cecil's Disney Thing with Porsche Motor Price: $20000
Jeff Gilleland will be taking the DIsney Thing to the El Prado Show, tho some people have a fancy name for the typ 181 50th anniversary
I originally put this beauty up at $30,000, but no takers. I have dropped the price, and if no takers it is going on an on-line auction site!
Here is a link to more info about this Thing, Jeff took it to Kirkwood VW, and when it was on the lift took pictures of the clean underside and mufflers. http://shorturl.at/bctMQ
If you like Disney, you'll love this Thing!
Cecil passed away last January and his widow has asked me to sell his Disney Thing.
The paint job got Cecil a lifetime free pass to Disneyland! There's a sticker on the bumper that got him in free whenever he wants! It's still there.
I can take it to Kelley Park, or Things West.
There also is a trailer, shaped like a Thing front end, if wanted.
It is in perfect condition, and has a lot of extras, the Eberspacher gas heater works perfectly. It has a GPS speedometer, windscreen braces, and the famous Cecil carbon fiber door pocket covers.
Cecil made a mod, so that the rear bumper and tin can be removed and the engine can be pulled straight back.
There is a Thing Shop Bikini top.
