The 1984 Volkswagen Watercooled Westfalia Vanagon Camper Wolfsburg Limited Edition Model:
In 1984 a special limited edition Wolfsburg Vanagon Westfalia Camper was released for the USA and Canadian markets.
This limited edition model had a higher specification than the standard model and was identifiable by its exterior two tone paint and Wolfsburg badging as described below.
The VW Westfalia Vanagon campers were designed for the market in the USA and Canada and were available only in Poptop (elevating roof) form.
Meet Liz Claibourne; this lady from the 80’s has a 1998 VW Jetta Turbo diesel engine, newer paint job in tan/teal, new pop-top canvas, & wood laminate floors. She hauls up the pass on I-80! We did not do the engine swap; she came to us that way so I may be lacking knowledge on all her details…
She is a work of art & we have loved her but it is time for our family to get her to people that will cherish her & use her the way she was made to be used! Keep in mind this is a 1984 vehicle with an engine swap she will continue to need TLC with an experienced diesel mechanic.
**Will need a timing belt in 20k miles.

-New water pump & water outlet
-New valve cover gasket
-New turbo return line gaskets
-New fuel line to #1 fuel injector
-New rear brake cycls & shoes, seals front & rear, F rotors linings sets
-New bracket on rear main seal
-New rear main seal
-Removed & cleaned air filters
-New canvas pop-top
