1986 Syncro Westfalia Price: 34000
Original syncro westfalia that we have owned since 2011.
Approximately 153,000 miles on body and engine.
We bought the syncro 8 years ago as a way to go camping with the family but our circumstances have slowly changed. It has gone on numerous adventures throughout the Northwest, California, Washington, and Montana and has never let us down. Is the original 2.1 and runs really strong. As the kids have gotten older and are doing their own thing, we have used her less and less and it is now time to let her go and allow someone else to enjoy. Was originally my daily driver for the 1st 5 years but recently she has only been getting on the road for camping trips during the summer and a few times a month to run errands. Body is extremely straight does have some rust but nothing structural. I have been panels replaced that were rusted over the last few years. All professional work was done at Halsey Automotive and body work at Halsey Autobody. Does have air conditioning. We had the main lines replaced that run from the front to the back and it blew ice cold for a few years but recently stop blowing cold. Transmission was inspected at AA transaxle in Bend in 2010 and they said it is in fantastic shape. Most mechanical done last year or year before and within the last 1500 miles.
