This a fully equipped service department with the hoist compressor work benches and shelving. Also has a Miller 185 wire
feed welder gas torches and grinder and drill press. I have the factory diagnostic scanners unlike some of the generic tools
these have all the functions including coding your factory keys. Also has 1200' showroom and 1200' outside gated storage
area. In the storage there is a storage container for all your additional parts that is full of Porsche parts. Some of the parts are
engines and transmissions all early air cooled parts. And comes with a lot of additional parts misc early hard to find parts
I'm a licensed dealer as well and could possible transfer my low dealer # over as well that would entail some paper work and or
get your own dealer license. There is a area to display a vehicle on a very busy street. There is a numerous vendors in the
immediate area that makes easy and to get things done in a timely manner. Smog shops, body shops, stereo, coating shops
like plating, powder coating, sand blasting specialty shops, wheel repair and one of the largest import vendors 1/4 mile away.
I have 8 designated parking spots and one car display area that makes nice for your customers to ample parking. There is two
office areas to work from and a rear shop service desk also. There is a parts room for your quick parts for service needs. The
parts I have are 99% Porsche and or German car related. So if are a avid Porsche guy and wanted to get in business for yourself
this might the thing for you to look into. I can stay here for awhile to train you and get you introduced the workings of running
