1987 VW Westfalia Camper
We have owned it for 16 years and it has been extremely well maintained.
Engine was complete rebuilt 61K miles ago with Dealer long block,
radiator, all new water pipes, cv boots and clutch kit at a cost of $6,660.-
Van has a total of 201K miles on it.
Also the A/C has been converted to R134 ( newer system ) and blows ice cold including a new air compressor. $1,286.-
Just recently new German muffler, power steering and catalytic converter so it passes smog at ease as well. $1,543.-
New heater core and new Yokohama LT tires as well.$1,030.-
New wheel cylinders, water pump and differential seals $1,881.-
We bought the Alu wheels for it and also have the original steel wheels with hubcaps and many more parts which we bought over the years.
We truly love this Camper but have decided to now take longer trips and need something bigger and we are buying a Winnebago Revel Mercedes Camper.
We have absolutely every record from day one including the factory window sticker and all owners manuals and 3 sets of keys.
4 speed with Air and power mirrors and power door locks
Paint is nice but does have a few imperfections
It is possible the best running Westfalia and has so much power it truly is unbelievable.
