New Old Man Emu shocks/struts
All new rubber suspension bushings (front and rear)
16” alloy wheels (5 total)
215/65/16 Nokian Rotiva tires with 80% tread remaining (6 tires included)

Things that need work:
A/C not presently working (all new R-141 parts except evaporator)
Dash pad is in poor condition (have replacement dash)
Upper bunk hinges has loose screws
Fridge works great on 12V and 120V, but intermittently on propane
Spare tire is small (the 16” Nokian’s rub on the steering gears)
Factory jack is not long enough for syncro/lift
Awning (true 1970’s striped canvas) not presently installed
Plenty of spare parts
