Tested and all bulbs work. Has grey rubber base seal.
The switches need to be replaced, but there are a variety
to choose from at the electronics parts stores for just a few dollars each
Simple job and owner preference on if want original style push button or a toggle type.
The lens has some small cracks but not broken, looks like screws over tightened a bit
at one time.
