* Boxer 2005 engine with FuellTech FT250 programmable injection;
* External oil cooler with fan;
* 2005 fuel tank of the 2005 kombi with the internal pump installed and can be used as an option;
* High flow injector nozzles;
* External fuel pump;
* Active canister system;
* Blower Eaton M45, attached to the engine itself;
* Gearbox 4 elongated gears 8X31 of SP2;
* Disc brake on 4 wheels with servo brake;
* Rolled front suspension with ratchet;
* Transmission with bearings without clearance;
* Rear suspension with adjustable swindles
* Modern electrics with fuse box;
* Sound system, with 800w rms power module, 4 Pioneer 6X9 "rear speakers and two Pioneer 5" speakers in the lounge.

Bodywork preparation

* All products used to prepare the bodywork were from the Roberlo brand.
* After preparation with White pasta, transfers were made with the Plus Ligth polyester pasta;
* The background used was the Primer PU Platinum HS 4: 1, the same was applied throughout the bus with 4 layers in order to correct the ripples as much as possible;

Painting:

* Caišara Blue PU based ink;
* PU White Crystal based paint;
* Three layers varnish top HS 150 Roberlo;
* Sanding and Polishing with all 3M products.

Floor preparation outside:

* Application of anti-corrosion TF7 in all welds;
* All joints were sealed with KPO Maxxi Rubber;
* Applied two layers of Siltex 800, a White rubber, its elasticity cushions the impacts of stones protecting the plate and the painting;
* It was applied on Siltex 800 two hands of 3M UnderSeal black anti-noise putty with the purpose of protecting from great impacts, repelling water and acoustic comfort;
* After all this process, four layers were passed with white synthetic enamel paint, exactly four layers as two were not sufficient to cover the black

Internal floor preparation:

* All joints were sealed with KPO Maxxi Rubber;
* 3M UnderSeal black noise paste was applied in order to increase acoustic comfort in the salon;
* The floor of the salon was painted with the same white PU-based paint with four varnish hands;

Engine Compartment

* Prepared with TF7;
* Platinum Fund;
* Aluminized asphalt blanket, to reduce the temperature that passes from the engine to the salon.

Side and roof inner part:

* Preparation with TF7;
* Platinum Fund;
* Aluminized asphalt blanket, to reduce the noise generated by the body bludger;
* Styrofoam coating on the sides to decrease the internal temperature;

Note: Whenever a stage was completed, a TF7 bath was given in all parts, as shown in the photos;
* The TF7 when it comes in contact with the metal leaves a dark color almost black;
* Avoiding the appearance of oxidation
