Genuine German SWF for Volkswagen: New Old Stock NOS: One (1) Windshield Wiper motor 6 Volts Part Number 315 955 111 B (Marked 315 955 111 B and that is the Part Number as well-in some cases they can be definitely different-at least 19 different part number combinations). Genuine NOS, not a VW Rebuild-a rebuild would have an X for Exchange!! Applicable to/for Models 315 (1500 N/1500 A LHD) 317 (LHD with steel sliding roof) 365, 367 (1500N/1500 Square/Variant LHD and same for 367 with steel sliding roof) from Chassis Number 423 140 to 316 500 000 (Mid Model Year 1964 through July 1966 Model Year 1966). This wiper motor has an issue with the operating arm, the pin is pushed over/broken-priced accordingly. The operating arm was/is a spare part under Part Number 311 955 791-source for or use an old one. No idea what quirk of fate brought the arm to that condition-motor been in hiding with me for more than 27 years. Motor doesn’t exhibit any other sign of damage, is intense NOS, end is quite shiny, with very nice housing quite black. Be confident of hooking up electrical parts, some folks fry them through negligence or incompetence and expect returns---!.
