For sale is a complete cruise control set up. This kit has everything you will need. Yes everything!!
Includes:
All screws and hardware
Control Switch
Pedal switches (2)
ECU Brain for 2WD with plate and screws (can supply 4WD if needed)
Vacuum Pump
Vacuum bellow with intake bracket and control rod and hook up for Throttle body
Hard plastic body line and all vacuum lines with "Y's" and body grommet
Pick up sensor for Speedo with screws
Complete tail light harness with integrated cruise wiring that hook into factory box with extra wiring plug.
Complete under dash harness with extra wire that hooks into factory harness (hooks to ECU)
The wiring harness has the undamaged pins that will slide right into the yellow Fuse block harness
The rear harness needs the plug for the left marker light repaired as it had been cut and a
different light installed (swap form your old harness) the cruise switch's brass horn tab has some wear to it, you can easily swap it from your original switch into the cruise switch or live with it. It was taken out of a running van and was functional. I mention these items so that you know what to expect.
In addition to this I will offer you help to get the unit up and running. These factory systems are far superior to an aftermarket unit and work effortlessly once installed. I have installed numerous of these and everything just drop into place. If you have an 86 or newer van there is factory wires in the harness that this will plug into. Although this was only an option from 86 and up, it will fit any year Vanagon. You would have to add 3 wires front to rear and make your own linkage hook up for an air cooled or diesel. But the rest of it would go right in.
Yes the kit is pricey, but you will not be looking for bits and pieces. Pictures will follow but if you want a complete kit you're not going to get one more complete than this.
