Oscar, a 1977, automatic transmission, hi-top VW bus painted by Seattle’s iconic muralist, Henry, is looking for his next caretaker to get him back on the road for new adventures.
Oscar features interior upholstery in very good condition, two beds, a two burner propane stove, refrigerator, sink, the original aircooled engine (that starts and runs but is having some issues) and front brakes that are 2 years old. He was recently serviced and has new fuel lines, a new starter and new battery.
The Henry painting tells a poignant story of healing which also reflects the spirit of the bus and the magical nature of owning a vehicle like this. Oscar is a great travel buddy, running as much on love and magic as gasoline and oil, spreading smiles and peace signs all along the way.
