Condition: Solid Bus. Very little rust. Mostly original, 1972 Westfalia in good condition. Good maintenance documentation. Replaced fuel lines, installed electronic ignition, New engine has approx. 500 miles, All new fuel lines, Clean fuel tank, New Clutch, disc, throw bearing, new lower and upper ball joints, new tie rods, New torsion bar bushing, New Front break pads and rotors. Rebuilt front calipers and more. Plenty more pictures available upon request.
Interior: In good original condition and mostly complete, see photos. Everything is operational with exception of AM/FM Radio. It works but I never used it so I disconnected it, not sure if the tape player works or not. Back couch folds out. Water and Electrical hookups have never been tested so I'm not sure if they are operational. No A/C and I never used heat, but assume it would work if connected and tested. All locks use same key.
Exterior: Some rust in the usual areas but nothing extensive. Have additional photos I can provide. Very strait body see photos for blemishes and minor rust details. Garage kept when not in use.
Extras: Clean and clear title. Great handling and runs and drives great too! With most of the original parts being there, this bus would be a great candidate for a restoration. Since it is also mechanically and structurally sound, it would also make someone a great daily driver right now. No matter your plans or desires, this bus is a good fit for just about anyone. Perfect camper. No leaks, with the exception of some small occasional engine oil drops.
