2001 Eurovan GLS-Weekender conversion ($ O.B.O.)   Price: $20000
Rare East Coast find! 2001 Eurovan GLS-Weekender conversion Techno Blue with lots of nice add-ons and perks: rear AC; newer pop-up tent with screens on all three windows; swivel passenger seat; 8' Fiamma awning; rear Wet Okole bench cover; driver's side sliding window waterproof air vent; screens for sliding door and back hatch; LED lights throughout; shore power for interior outlets, hood bra.

The timing chain was done by the previous owner in Dec 2017 (we have photos for all his repair receipts, FYI). Approximate miles 183k. Only about 20k miles have been put on it since the timing chain was done. (Full disclosure: The odometer reads 140,556. The original dash cluster died and was replaced by the previous owner in 2016, and that set the odometer back about 42k. But that was before the timing chains were done).
The transmission was also rebuilt by the previous owner in Feb 2020 and a new AC Compressor installed June 2020.

Regular maintenance receipts are available.
We recently had the windshield replaced, and the passenger-side window motor replaced as well.

The van, while driveable, recently had a minor issue shifting gears on a very hot day. We took it to our trusted mechanic (Autocentro in Rockville, MD), and it was determined to be a transmission issue. This would have been under warranty as the trans was rebuilt by German Transaxle less than two years ago by the previous owner, but the warranty did not transfer with the sale. So we have reduced the price from what we bought it for just over a year ago by the estimated cost of another trans rebuild (est. $3-7K and thrown in the Fiamma, seat covers, etc. that we added). We want the new owner to have the trans under warranty under their name. Our trusted mechanic has a trusted transmission rebuilder lined up for a new owner, should they desire.

Also, the previous owner bought the van from Texas, and he kept it in covered storage all winter. So it has only had one mild mid-Atlantic winter. It is in very good shape for the East Coast.

We are happy to answer any questions you have and send more photos, etc. We love this van and hope to find it a good new home.
