We've owned Pearl for about 6 years, bought in CO and lived in her for a year there. Drove her to Minneapolis where she has been stored inside and never driven in winter. Daily driver/weekend getaway is what we have used her for, and has never been towed since we've owned her.
Always tuned and maintained with any work I did to her checked afterward by a professional mechanic. I added insulation to all walls and panels and noise dampening mats to the engine hull and under the driver/passenger feet; carpet put in when bought.
