I got it from the original owner it was sold in March of 1980 from NORTH COUNTY VOLKSWAGEN in placentia,california in march of 1980 LATE BUG MADE IN DEC/79 it's a VERY DRY so,cal, bug, it never left so, cali,,it has the original vw dealership plate frame, tool kit, jack, the original owners manual,

I have some dings and scratches BUT I HAVE ZERO = NO RUST I AM 100% RUST FREE,
ALOT OF TIME AND PART$ AND CA$H HAVE BEEN SPENT making me a driver again,,
new convertible top and headliner and convertible top boot cover, new windshield and rubbers front & rear glass,,, rebuilt front seats with Wolfsburg west seat foam, and i recovered the front and rear seats with TMI seat covers, everything else is original in good condition, REBUILT SPEEDOMETER It has the FI 1600dp fuel injection engine was rebuilt unknown miles but runs great and passes smog with no problems,, starts right up , new catalytic converter passed smog with no problems, fully rebuilt fuel injection system Everything was replaced Everything from gas cap to the fuel injectors,, complete major tune up, the transmission shifts in all gears and does not pop out of any gears... and the complete suspension was replaced with new front struts and rear shocks, tie rods, all bushings, ball joints, brand new complete brake system Everything was replaced with GERMAN PARTS, ,, 4 brand new tires on old school Riviera wheels, i have the original VW Sport wheels and caps,, and Bosch fuel injection system manuals, CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE IN HAND ANY QUESTIONS LEAVE YOUR NUMBER,
