This type of Cross Member Outrigger was used on the Beetle up to 1960. The holes are located in a different place than later outriggers and they feature correct early style 8mm weld nuts as well as the special lower spot welded reinforcement. Right side.
We made our Outriggers using a pristine original counter piece for comparison at every stage of the development process. Every single inch of our part is a perfect mirror of the original part.
These are made out of 1mm thickness sheet metal exactly like they came from the factory.
