1972 Baja SE Champion Complete car original   Price: $3000
1972 Baja SE Champion This relatively rare vehicle is being offered 3 different ways
1. Car complete with original engine $3000. 2. Car complete w/o engine. $1500. Çomplete engine only. $1500.
Due to the rarity of this car it is being offered for sale this way, because we would like someone who wants to keep it complete and restore it. This ad will be taken down June 17th unless someone offers the posted price. At that time any offers will be considered and if not accepted the car will be stripped for parts and scrapped. The engine runs fine and appears complete other than the air cleaner is not original. Trans is good and shifts up and down fine. The car includes bumpers, fenders, hood, trunk and engine cover, running boards, door cards, seats, carpet, all glass. The bad: It's like car sat in water at sometime. Frame head, pan, heater channels, rocker panels and lower inner fenderwells all need replacing. There 2 bolt holes previous owner put in roof and sealed so roof is sound, but it damaged the headliner. The good: includes all 4 of the stainless caps, 5 of the Baja lemmeritz wheels including the space, has the dual front side pockets, the dual rear ashtrays, doors are in good and open and close without sagging, electrical seems intact, other than rust damage, cappears mechanical sound and last of all it includes the Baja SE plaque on the glove box door. Fenders are all solid. Seats have some tears, but padding looks OK. This is no project for the amateur, but it has potential for the restorer who wants to put his efforts into something unique. I will do my best to answer questions and can send more pictures.

I probably have the dirtiest parts on the Samba, due to crippling of my hands and age I am slow and have more parts than I have time. I try to give accurate descriptions, and offer good used parts for your project.
