New pans and all-new suspension built by German Rust in La Habra Ca
Painted by Randy Long. Beryl Green and color sanded at the cost of $6500
All new brightwork and bumpers
Euro bumpers
Euro tail lights
New scat seats and new heavy-duty seat rails
German weave carpet installed by California Upholstery in Garden Grove CA.
The same company rebuilt the top frame and installed the German stay fast canvas top and headliner.
Motor is 1776 built by Kline VW in Lakeside Ca (619) 443-9076 It has been pre-run on a stand
Single 2-barrel carb.
Less than 300 Miles on car since finished
Trans is a rebuilt by Kline VW narrowed w/axles
The clutch, throughout, and pressure plate, are all new
The pan is all new
The front beam is custom built, narrowed 2 inches, and adjustable
There are 2.5 drop spindles
The brakes are all new and the front was upgraded to disk
steering wheel, column reset to stock standards
battery which is now located under the rear seat
It has a completely new wiring harness. Professionally installed
New gas tank and lines
New windshield using new glass and cal rubber
New speedo cable
Front trunk release and safety lock
The rear seat was removed I the battery is installed and the area is now a toolbox
