late 66' to 79' pedals With roller pedal   Price: $385 Exchange
Pedal Werks VW Pedal Restoration Services www.PedalWerks.com [email protected] IG @pedalwerksdotcom Facebook PedalWerks.com

this set has a roller pedal fitted instead of the factory flat pedal and an early base without the throttle pedal mount.

add a Cruiser pedal for $100

late 66 to 79 pedals are made from stamped steel from the factory and are prone to cracking at the pin hole where the clutch hooks is pressed in, reinforced welding is the only way to prevent this.

I have installed my pedals on cars with stage 3 #3000 clutches. with no failures

United States Postal Money Orders, Personal checks ETC. and PayPal as a gift or +4% accepted

Please verify the year of your pan and that it has not been changed.
these will fit Bug, Ghia, from 1966 vin #116460614, Type 3 and Thing's from
1963, They will fit 58' to 66' also with minor mods.

Core charges as follows (I DO NOT ACCEPT NON GERMAN PARTS AS CORES)
(Complete pedal assembly $76) (complete with push rod $126)
$447 outright

breakdown is Pedal cluster $45, throttle pedal $12, throttle arm $10, throttle arm pin $4 brake spring $5, clutch hook $16, push rod $50 ($112)

Bad or missing parts will be subtracted from core refund. Example $96 core charge paid. But core received back with aftermarket or unusable clutch hook $80 will be refunded.

I do not use or accept NON GERMAN Pedals as Cores. (Except Puma Pedals)

This ad is for Rebuilt Pedal Assemblies or Clusters for 1966 thru 1979 VW Bug, Ghia, Thing and type 3, that have been reworked Similar to the article in the April 2008 issue of Hot VW's magazine page 53, and August 2011 page 44.

All work is 100% Guaranteed. I have been a professional Mechanic/Machinist since 1978

I completely disassemble then sandblast and inspect all parts, I only reuse good German parts or use new as required, then I "BOX IN" the clutch & Brake pedal for Strength, You will NEVER break your clutch pedal again.

The pedal foot pad surface gets rounded corners to improve grip and prolong pad life.

Classic Bug parts clutch hooks Available for additional cost.

The "Base" and Brake pedal bushings are replaced, then the base gets drilled and a "zerk" fitting is install in the same place as the factory did on Earlier years. Remind your Mechanic to Grease it.

All parts are powder coated Gloss Black, and assembled with grease, brake and clutch pedal "end play" are set and clutch arm is installed using a Grade 8 Bolt and lock nut for safety. new clutch, brake and throttle pedal pads are installed, other finishes are available, including chrome.

Extended width $460 (clutch moved 1.1/8" inch to left)
Extended Brake & Clutch $535 (brake moved 3/4" to the left, clutch moved 1.1/8")
