This Ad is for Completely restored Left Hand Drive Pedal assemblies for 58' to mid 66' Bug or Ghia, will fit to 66' chassis #116460614
this set up eliminates the "Z" bar linkage found on those years that wears out and creates problems with your accelerator.
The only Modification You will need to do is to remove the accelerator "tab" that is welded to the floor pan, it is probably damaged or missing anyways and you have a roller pedal....
Please Verify the year of the pan and has not been changed.

Assemblies have been completely rebuilt, taken apart Inspected and any bad parts replaced with new or good used German. All 4 Bushings are replaced. All parts are powder coated Gloss Black, all pedals have had Zerk (Grease) fittings installed to extend the life of your new pedals. Remind your mechanic to lube it.
Comes standard with a Heat treated clutch hook or you can upgrade to one of the www.classicbugparts.com hook $50/$75
add a billet gas pedal for $90
The throttle arm freeplay (SLOP) is reduced and the "End play" on the pedals is set with shims.
You will get new Pedal pads (non logo) Clutch, Brake & Throttle, Plus a new lock tab for the brake Push rod.
Add $20 for large logo pedal pads if available.
The assembly is greased and ready to install.
