hi every one these are parts i have some are rare some arnt so rare most are NOS and i will never use them on a motor . i got tired of haveing some parts sitting on a shelf or in a box i thought how can i show these parts better . i came up with this see pictures . i want to show my parts at vw shows but i wanted them fixed so they could be seen kind of like on a motor i call this my vw art lol the headers are EMPI imp headers NOS the intake is used race trim with used race trimand dds end castings the carb wis a 42 dcnf rebuilt by ace i was going to use this on a buggy but art at ace did a super job and i did not have the guts to use it on a motor maybe one day i will . the ing. is mallory its allmost nos its a rare uni lite from the 1980s oil pump is a nos EMPI with nos lee filter pulley is santana used with very rare NOS santana pulley nut and washer the breather is treuhaft. the fan belt guard is EMPI and EMPI valve covers i have more to add to this mock up but i think it is a great way to show off vintage parts and it was fun to build great for a guy cave lol lol have a great x mas and happy new year spencerfvee
