1968~79 VW Type 2, cross-over-arm, pantograph rear-window wiper – Bryan Rawlings NASkeet
The above cross-over-arm, pantograph rear-window wiper, originating from a Vauxhall Astra Mk. 1 estate car (i.e. station wagon, in USA parlance), was fitted by Bryan Rawlings, of Keynsham, Bristol, England, to his VW Type 2 Devon campervan, using my original, short-form technical article, in Transporter Talk, for guidance.
Unlike my installation, the main pivot for his secondary wiper arm, is vertically above the main wiper-arm spindle, where it passes through the rear hatch, below the rear window.

NOS Seal hazetguy
Here is a close-up of an NOS 091 transmission cv joint flange seal.
Notice the VW Audi logo, the seal size (45 - 72 - 15 W01), genuine VW part number (091 301 189), manufacturer's name (KACO), the double ended arrow showing the seal is good for both directions of travel, and where it was made (Germany).
Who'd think they'd put so much info on the seal face? Sheesh. View other images: From hazetguy Search Forums for photo
