since we couldn`t find more than 6 nos rings , we started a serious batwing repro ......although the project is not finished yet , here`s the outcome of the injection casting.

each horn ring will be serialized and marked "001 LJ-BW-2007"

we`ll try to make them as accurate as possible as the real thing .

price will be sensibly lower (1k-1.3k) and it will include a reproduction horn button and chrome bezel.

separate parts and repair services will also be available ,

CB 82mm forged chevy journal crank (non nitrided). Here is a pic of it next to stock german 69mm crank for comparison. Notice the difference in the way the oil passages are cross-drilled and the holes chamfered.
