Original un-numbered magnesium block has been chem. treated back to factory specs., main bearing tunnel measures perfect standard bore, cyl. decks surfaced, all oil galley plugs removed drilled and tapped and all oil passages cleaned thoroughly. Original 64mm stroke crankshaft is reground to 10/10 hardend and balanced. Connecting rods rebuilt/resized and balanced end for end w/new wrists pin bushings. Camshaft is genuine “Made in Germany” and has a normal grind, reground and re-coated. New forged 1300cc / 80mm pistons with 20mm pins – new rings and locks with Shasta “Dura Bar” cylinders.
