This is a case jig that I built for my Delta drill press to hold my case halfs while I bore them for bigger cylinders with my flycutter or drill and tap for case savers.

This is the best spark plug tool made; PERIOD!! Compare to the trusty bit of breather hose. I used breather hose for years, until I used this tool. These hold the plug more securely and are more flexible. Contact me to get one.

Here is an index pin for aligning the guide bores and seats. Depending on the Type of head you need, there is a pin for Bug and Bus heads.

Case is new with skinny center bearings 411 size ID/ VW main OD.

Cam gear is slotted but now all the way down to the hub. Just deep enough to clear oil off the gear tooth.
