Peace Luketentwo
Peace on the 1985 Westfalia! This grill got cracked from ice being caked on it and chipping off. I looked into the cost of a new grill and for now it's not a priority to replace it. So I found this peace sign grouping and I liked it because it fits perfectly into the broken area. Kinda cool looking I think! View other images: From Luketentwo Search Forums for photo

Celebrating 25 yrs. on the Oregon coast Luketentwo
Cool weather but great walks and beach views. Pancakes on the griddle and espresso freshly brewed. Sooooo good. And very much an added bonus is that my wife and I are celebrating 25 years of marriage on this trip. And one more thing, we brought our bikes. I defs wouldn't leave home without them. They are needed and fun! View other images: From Luketentwo Search Forums for photo

Oregon coast Luketentwo
Taking the 1985 Westfalia to the coast. Nehalem Bay State Park is where this photo was taken. That big black box? i put the stove in there along with a propane heater and all my clothes... my wife has all the cupboards in Chateau Westfalia. Btw, use the gas grill to make pizza. It is sooooo tasty. Way better than most restaurants. There is a couple hundred yard walk to the beach over a big sand dune. Really cool. A bike trail is fun and easy to ride here. Kite surfers are here because of the wind and waves. The beach is long so turn around way before you'd think or you'll be late for dinner. View other images: From Luketentwo Search Forums for photo

Racking For Hightops Mundopacheco
Utilizing J Charlton's brackets, I built this unistrut rack with intent of mounting a 140w solar panel (which I did,) and future Kayak and sand rails, one on either side. I currently have my awning on the passenger side, but this was a failed experiment. I wanted to see if I could hang it high, thus clearing the windows, and still operated it, but it is too difficult. I still have to relocate it. This rack is very sturdy. The gutter mounts hold the rack on better than anything I've seen. Certainly better than thule or yakima gutter mounts. I also get lots of compliments. The unitstrut material is slotted, as this was all that was available locally. This is actually lighter, so no worries.
