My first slammed VW bus I have ever seen at SCS in 1987, it's got real empi 5's . This is the bus that got me hooked into early busses.

At this point I had polished & waxed the left corner, but not yet the rear hatch. The old paint is faded, but regains a shiny with some buffing. I last waxed this bus at least 5 years ago.

After the Shasta Snow Trip, I washed, polished and waxed my bus. That bus buffed out! It's a bunch of work and made me kinda depressed cause I actually looked everywhere on the bodyt of the bus, and saw lots of rust, dents, holes, and scrapes on the paint. Oh well, it's silky and shiny now!
