1914 with kadron 40s. notice how the muffler is out the "stock side" i cut it off, hogged out the flange, calculated the angle and rewelded it.

Ex-Australian Airforce Mobile Air Traffic Control Tower Based on a 1967 double door pannel van. Converted in 1970-1971. Used to deploy Mirage jet fighters to battle on excersise and then control them on their return. Originaly had a trailer with an airconditioner and generator on it. The air was pumped through the duct at the back and exited through punker leouvres on the inside. It was manned by two controllers. Recently restored in Darwin,Norhern Territory,Australia by myself.

Ever seen one of these beasts? It's a Bestelwagen made by a Dutch company called Carrosserie Kemperink. The vehicle started out as a '66 Single Cab before being modified. It was brought to the States in '88 by Oso Von Schmeling and is currently owned by Charlie Hamill

Pic of my CAR TOPPER roof top tent, This is it closed up. Open's to sleep 4 people on the roof of the bus! Note the water tanks on the side. There is one on each side of the tent. I also have the original camp kitchen that came with it. This tent is (was) NOS. It was a display at a VW dealership till they closed in 1978 and was stored since then!
