rims painted with rattle cans
3 coats of rustoleum primer, wet sanded with 320 after the 3rd coat. One more coat for light fill then wet sanded 320..
4 coats of metalic silver satin...Wet sanded 0000 steel wool and 400 grit.
Smooth finish at this point.
2 coats clear wet sanded 0000 steel wool
3 coats clear.... Smooth as silk!
