Here is a photo of the engine compartment of my 1957 VW.
I have owned this car for over 35 years, and I purchased her from the estate of the original owner in 1978. The mileage is now a little over 13,000 miles, and everything is factory original from May of 1957, with the exception of the battery, ignition coil. fuel tap, master cylinder and wheel cylinders, and the tires.
The color is L324 Polar Silver, and the interior is light beige leatherette.
Most of the photos I have shot of the car over the years are on film, so I'm slowly starting to shoot some digital images. I will post more as they become available. |
