Secondhand crankcase sourced - first align bore to 1mm oversize on case, 20thou crank shaft.
Crankshaft, fan and flywheel balanced, lifters polished and connecting rods balanced and rebushed
New Parts:
Mahle 1641 Pistons/rings Kit
VW heads
Meyle 26mm oil pump
Bosch 009 distributor with Pertronix 1847A electronic points
Bosch blue coil
Federal Mogul/Topgun spark leads with OEM seals
Elring Gasket Kit including big end seal
Stainless Steel pushrod covers
Oil pressure sensor
Original parts rebuilt:
VW fuel pump - rebuild with new and NOS parts
Carburetors rebuilt with new kits
All tinware, repaired/welded and powder coated grey
All painted engine covers, brackets etc repainted black. |
