here is a pattern for the intercooler scoop.
All folds are in the same direction. this is not perfect and takes a little trimming.I suggest you make a cardbooard one first.
notches on the bottom edge are to clear the tabs for the vents.
The long diagonal fold is very slight...if you have more skills than me, it could be a nice curve.
The final product was made from 1/16" aluminum. |
