| Our new to us Weekender has the aux battery under the drivers seat. As part of our cleaning it out, I opened the compartment up. And what do I find? The original VW battery! No corrosion anywhere to be seen. Have not checked it for a charge, but severely doubt it will be viable. I think I was the first person to ever open up this battery cover. Pretty cool find I think. |
