Take lots of pictures before and during work on your car. It is not a hard task with modern autoeverything digital cameras and cell phones. Just take a few pictures every day before you start work. This gives you a virtual photographic memory that will help greatly with research/restoration/reassembly. No more "where does this part go?".
Sometimes I see problem areas on the computer screen that I didn't when looking at the real thing - uh, like that run of paint remover near a trim hole on the right. I'll have to clean that up. 1957 lowlight Ghia. |
