Found this leak on a 1985 intake manifold. There should be a stud there that holds the metal coolant pipe that crosses the intake. This the r/s intake runner. I could not see it under the mounting tab, but a smoke test revealed it. Mig welded a 6 mm bolt to the intake sealing the hole and securing the coolant pipe.
