| My old '65 RHD Devon bus, slammed on 4" narrowed beam, dropped spindles, TQR 30mm Tubs, Porsche 944 front discs, Straight Axled rear with T2D Adjustable Springplates, with early bug drums over late internals. Used 25mm Aluminium 5x205 adapters then 20mm 5x130 Porsche adapter spacers. Beam was running 20mm from the floor. Steering box ripped out and replaced with Astra rack & pinion, with T25 Bevel Box giving extra ground clearance - Eliminated steering idler pin. Static ride height. Sold in September / October 2017, having owned since 2013. |
