| Jim Vickers owned 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster replica. The replica company that sold the kit is Fiberfab. The style is a flared fender type the marketed as the "Californian" The kit is built on a 1965 VW Beetle pan. The current engine is a nice 180hp 2276 Type 1 engine with dual 44 Weber carbs and a Jake Raby DTM Fan Shroud with type 4 oil cooler. The car is going to be converted to a 2007 Subaru 175HP EJ253 VVT engine with electronic throttle in July of 2018. |
