Vanagon washer nozzle replacement Posted: Mon Mar 05, 2018 5:15 pm     Views: 6      Rating: Not rated

Photo essay on removing and replacing Vanagon washer nozzles. Handy tips and suggested tools. Twist the old nozzle 1/4 turn and gently prize up and out. Once out, use hemostat to hold the hose in place. Use a pick to work the band and hose free of the old nozzle. Heat helps. Then insert the new nozzle, slip the band back up, and gently twist the nozzle back into the hole.
I did not need to cut hose, but found that heat and some Armor All applied with a Q-tip helped with removal & insertion
